ADOPTABLE GIRL…

Hello – I am Delilah. I am a very sweet Lab/Rottie/Shepherd Cross – about 1.5 years old. I lived at YARN for 3 months, with lots of other dogs of every size who I loved playing with… But my very favourite thing of all is human affection… I’m not sure how I am with cats yet… YARN hasn’t seen me with kids, but they do not anticipate a problem at all. I take food very gently from your hand… I am housetrained and I truly excel at kenneling.

I am at a foster home in Whitehorse if you would like to meet me. My adoption fee will be exactly the cost of spaying me… If you are interested in adopting me you would need to submit an adoption application online here: yukonanimalrescue.net/adoption-application/

WHITEHORSE FOSTER NEEDED
Hello – My name is Tek… I am a handsome example of a Blue Heeler / Pitt Cross, who is 2 years old… Through no fault of my own, my family was forced to give me up… I am looking for a foster home while I look for my new fur-ever home… I am a strong healthy example of my breed who gets along great with other dogs and older kids… But due to my prey drive, I am best suited for a home that does not have cats, or other small animals and no young children. I am smart and otherwise, well trained. I’m a loving, active goofball… I am neutered and up to date on shots.
A securely fenced yard would be best to keep me safe. Send YARN a message if you are able to foster me.
Let YARN know if you would like to meet me. If you are interested in adopting me you would need to submit an adoption application online here: yukonanimalrescue.net/adoption-application/

Takashi's Animal Rescue Society can house him in Ft. Nelson.
Still seeking a ride from Ft. Nelson – going north.
Yukon Animal Rescue - YARN can house him in Watson Lake.
Mae Bachur Animal Shelter can house him in Whitehorse.
Still seeking a ride from Whitehorse – to Alaska…
Ultimately getting the dog named “Yukon” to North Pole Alaska.

TRANSPORT NETWORK NEEDED:

Yukon is the dog that slipped his collar and was running scared for over a week at the 80 mile rest stop north of FSJ. He has been captured and is safe at the North Peace SPCA branch. The shelter is very full – so it’s time to send Yukon home now…

He has to travel from Fort St. John, BC - through the Yukon Territory - to North Pole, Alaska.

Let us know if you are traveling any part of this path – headed north… and willing to let a dog come along in his kennel. We will choose the rides that go the furthest distance…

When I know the first ride, I will seek a very secure foster home – at the place where that ride will end.

RIDE NEEDED - WATSON LAKE TO FORT ST. JOHN:
LARGE LIVE TRAP...

This is a dog named "Yukon"... Last Monday he slipped his collar at the 80 mile rest stop - just outside of Fort St. John BC... and all kinds of people have been trying to catch him ever since... People are not sleeping at night - just thinking about him being out there... Folks are leaving him food... but he won't come near... Yukon is a previously abused rescue dog, who is running scared back and forth up and down the highway in that area... He needs to be caught - before he gets run over...

Is there a trucker or traveler that can fit a live trap that is about 40 lbs and measures: 48" x 20" x 28"...? Comment below...
