This pretty girl is Nelly… An animal loving citizen saw a can of food thrown out a car window onto the treed lot beside her place, quickly followed by Nelly, running after the food as the car drove away. The citizen contacted YARN.

With no choice in the matter, Nelly finds herself looking for a new “fur-ever home”. Nelly is in a foster home in Watson Lake, if you wanted to meet her. If she doesn’t find her fur-ever home here… hopefully she can soon fit in at the Mae Bachur Animal Shelter in Whitehorse. They have great cat areas and rock at finding homes for cats…! 😉
