This handsome boy is “Rocco”. He is a 4 year old Shepherd Cross. Rocco’s family know they do not have the time to provide proper care for him… So they would like to find a new home with folks who have more time to spend with him. Rocco has been both an indoor and outdoor dog… He loves kids, but he is a little too excited about it… He needs some training to learn to not jump up for example… So he might be best in a home with older kids. Rocco likes other dogs. He has not met cats or other small pets.

Right now Rocco is in Watson Lake. YARN will be booking a vet appointment to have him neutered… and seeking a foster home in Whitehorse to keep him before and after the vet and allow potential adopters to meet him. Rocco’s adoption fee will be exactly the cost of neutering him.
