Beet

Hello – I am “Beet” – I am a six-week old male from YARN’s Pickle Litter. My mom is a medium sized dog. Dad was a one night stand and mom ain’t talkin’, but it looks like we will be medium size like our mom. Mom’s picture is below too, so you can see what we might look like. The Pickles will arrive in Whitehorse at a foster home, in the middle of April and we will be ready to…

Princess Paisley

This is Princess Paisley, She is the mom of YARN’s Fabric puppy “Tweed.” Princess is a medium sized girl, about 1 year old now. She is a little shy, as she was an outside girl until recently and didn’t get enough human contact. She is now house-trained and could use a quieter home. Princess is in Watson Lake at YARN Nursery. Soon she will head to Whitehorse to be spayed. Then she will be available for adoption. If you are…

Toby (X)

Toby (X)

Update: Toby has been adopted. Toby is a 6-moth old male Malamute, perhaps a cross. He was picked up wandering and came into YARN’s care after he was never claimed at the pound. Malamutes require regular physical and mental engagement to keep them happy and well adjusted. An active family that could take him along on adventures, and put some time into his training would be best. YARN hopes to send Toby to Whitehorse to a foster home to meet…

Huntress

Huntress

BEAUTIFUL ADOPTABLE WHITE LAB – three-years-old My name is Huntress. I have been with a really great foster home in Whitehorse for a while now and have learned a lot in my time here. Like – I am respectful of the cat’s right to be left alone if that is what he/she wants. And I have met kids from 4 to 12 years old – and I was curious, loving and gentle towards them. I appear to be a family…
